Walking yoga combines movement with breath-work, mindfulness, gentle stretching and poses. We will start the class by setting an intention followed breath-work and a gentle warm up. We will take inspiration from the incredible Grade I listed Main Mill that will be the backdrop for the practice. Combining short bursts of mindful walking with movement snacks where we will pause and enjoy some standing yoga poses and balances, this practice will calm the mind whilst moving the body.
