This class is a soft and powerful guide home to you. Through a mixture of mindful mat-based movement (yoga asana’s & intuitive movement), gentle breathwork and stillness you will reconnect with your body, your truth, and your inner joy. This class will involve a mixture of seated, standing and lying down movement and you don't need yoga experience to join us!
