Is this workshop accessible?
This workshop is being held in The Stables, a building accessible via stairs or ramp. Suitable for ages 16+. This workshop includes standing and seated elements, so being able to get up and down from the ground are essential. No experience needed, and many variations are offered, simply come as you are and be held in the magic.
Is this workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes! No experience of yoga or breathing techniques is required. This is the perfect space to explore different movement styles and connect to your body and breath, whether it's your 1st or 100th time. Expect a welcoming, relaxed environment.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Mats will be provided for this workshop, but you're welcome to bring your own movement mat if preferred.
