Join us for a creative, feel-good and fun class to try Reformer Pilates… on the mat!
We’ll be using props such as the Foam Roller, Flex Bands and Fitness Circles to enjoy a good stretch (and perhaps a bit of core strengthening too). Great for runners and non-runners alike.
