Join Runlates instructor Éva for a Pilates for Runners taster class! Together you will cover key exercises to develop mobility and strength in all the places you need it to be able to fully enjoy your running - moving freely, and feeling great! Our classes have a strong emphasis on creating a relaxed and friendly environment where you can work at your own level, so whether you are about to tackle couch to 5k or an ultra marathon we hope you’ll feel the benefits Pilates can offer, and feel very welcome in our class. Things to remember

Please arrive outside the workshop check-in desk 5 minutes ahead of scheduled start time so you can be registered and the session can get started on time! 

FAQ's
Is this workshop accessible?
This workshop is being held in The Stables, a building accessible via stairs or ramp. Pilates is a low impact movement practice, and you will need to be able to get up and down from the ground/mat. If you have any questions about whether this is the right class for you, please ask!
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Mats for this class are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own movement mat if preferred.
