The language we use with ourselves can shape everything - our confidence, self-worth, and even our ability to heal. This session is all about guiding you to recognise the negative inner dialogue that is holding you back and learn to rewrite it into positive, empowering affirmations.
Format:
Participants will work in pairs or small groups to take common negative self-talk phrases and transform them into positive ones. They’ll also have the option to bring in their own personal examples for a deeper, more reflective experience.
