Gentle Yoga is a guided practice designed to support beginners as well as more experienced yogis. You’ll move your body, connect with your breath, and discover moments of stillness. The classes are accessible, with plenty of variations and no pressure to “keep up”—rest is always welcome.

Jenna first introduced the term “Gentle Yoga” when she began teaching in September 2019. Things to remember

Please arrive outside the workshop check-in desk 5 minutes ahead of scheduled start time so you can be registered and the session can get started on time!

Is this workshop accessible?
This workshop is being held in The Stables, a building accessible via stairs or ramp. Gentle yoga is delivered in a mindful way with options, but an ability to get up and down from the ground/mat will be needed. If you have any questions about whether this is the workshop for you, please get in touch!
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Mats for this class will be provided, however if you'd like to bring your own movement mat you are welcome to.
